VCH-20 | Chorus Pedal

Chorus Effect: the Essential Modulation Pedal

In music, the "Chorus Effect" occurs whenever individual sounds with approximately the same time, and extremely similar pitches combine and are perceived as being one. Think about an orchestra or a choir where there is more than one voice playing/singing the same part. There is a certain richness and shimmer quality to the sound. That's what Chorus Pedals aim to add to your tone. Our VCH-20 Vintage Analog Chorus Pedal takes your signal, and combines it with copies of itself that are slightly varied. The circuitry incorporates those voices with a low-frequency oscillation. Those processes make that multiple-voice sound and shimmer you're looking for. Use the responsive Level, Rate, and Depth knobs to easily dial-in your desired chorus thickness.

      Detailed Operation

The Analog Chorus Pedal from CNZ Audio provides a fully capable, broad range of Chorus tones in a mini sized pedal. Adding deeper and higher notes is easy while broadening the feel of the chorus effect with full control at your fingertips. The True Bypass feature provides transparent tones when turned off.

Adjust the presence of the chorus effect in your sound using the Level knob. Increasing the level of effect will make the chorus more noticeable, bringing in thirds, fifths, octaves, etc. Changing this level can give you the right amount of chorus addition for your sound.

The Depth knob allows you to change the height and depth of the chorus effect. Increasing the depth will increase the range of the chorus notes that are added while decreasing the depth will decrease the effect. Finding the right balance with this control is easy and effective for any sound.

The Rate knob allows you to adjust the speed at which the chorus vibrato effect moves. You can easily make the chorus effect faster or slower with this knob.
